Tus Cwj Pwm ntawm Xanthates Thaum Tiv Thaiv Dej
Xanthates yog, qhov tseem ceeb, carboxylate ntsev ntawm xanthic acid (xws li sodium, potassium, los yog calcium ntsev) thiab muaj nyob rau hauv cov chav kawm ntawm siab -molecular- hnyav polysaccharides. Thaum nkag mus rau hauv dej, lawv tsis raug tshuaj lom neeg decomposition; Hloov chaw, lawv tsim cov tshuaj colloidal los ntawm cov txheej txheem ntawm hydration (solution). Cov txheej txheem kev sib cais no feem ntau cuam tshuam nrog kev tsim cov hydrogen bonds ntawm polysaccharide chains thiab dej molecules, ua rau cov molecules o loj heev thiab yog li ua kom cov viscosity ntawm cov tshuaj.
Thermal teebmeem thaum lub sij hawm dissolution
Cov txheej txheem ntawm dissolving xanthates nyob rau hauv dej sawv cev rau ib tug thermodynamic equilibrium uas tej zaum yuav yog endothermic (absorbing tshav kub) los yog me ntsis exothermic (tso tshav kub). Txawm li cas los xij, tus nqi ntawm cov cua sov feem ntau tso tawm yog feeb kawg thiab tsis tsim cov tshuaj tiv thaiv exothermic tseem ceeb. Hauv lwm lo lus, nws tsis tsim kom muaj cua sov siab heev- tsis zoo li, piv txwv li, cov tshuaj tiv thaiv uas tshwm sim thaum cov kua qaub muaj zog sib xyaw nrog dej. Feem ntau, koj yuav pom tau tias tsuas yog qhov kev hloov pauv tsis txaus ntseeg ntawm qhov kev daws qhov kub thiab txias -ib qho uas feem ntau me ntsis ua rau muaj qhov tshwm sim.
Xaus
Xanthates tsis decompose raws li kev sib cuag nrog dej, thiab lawv tsis tsim ib qho tseem ceeb exothermic tshav kub. Yog tias qhov ntsuas kub nce me ntsis thaum tuav, nws tsuas yog qhov tshwm sim ntawm lub zog hluav taws xob tsis zoo uas tsim los ntawm cov txheej txheem hydration thiab kev sib txhuam ntawm kev sib cais, tsis yog lub zog tso tawm los ntawm cov tshuaj tiv thaiv. Yog li ntawd, tsis muaj kev tiv thaiv tshwj xeeb rau kev tuav; Txawm li cas los xij, txhawm rau tiv thaiv cov plua plav tawg, nws tseem pom zoo kom ntxiv xanthate maj mam rau hauv dej thaum nplawm.
