Raws li cov khoom siv tseem ceeb hauv cov khoom noj, tshuaj pleev ib ce, tshuaj, thiab cov khoom lag luam, cov khoom ua npuas dej yog tswj hwm los ntawm cov qauv kev lag luam uas feem ntau suav nrog cov khoom siv raw, tshuaj muaj pes tsawg leeg, lub cev muaj zog, thiab cov ntsuas kev nyab xeeb. Hauv cov khoom noj khoom haus thiab tshuaj, cov khoom ua npuas dej yuav tsum ua raws li cov cai hauv tebchaws lossis cheeb tsam hais txog cov khoom noj khoom haus thiab cov khoom siv tshuaj -tshwj xeeb hais txog yam xws li hom surfactant, kev tso cai ntau npaum li cas, cov ntsiab lus ntawm cov hlau hnyav, thiab microbial txwv. Hauv thaj tsam ntawm cov tshuaj pleev ib ce thiab cov khoom siv ntxuav, ua raws li cov cai tswj kev nyab xeeb ntawm cov tshuaj pleev ib ce thiab cov qauv kev lag luam rau cov tshuaj ntxuav yog yuav tsum tau ua kom tsis txhob - khaus rau ntawm daim tawv nqaij thiab ob lub qhov muag, thaum tib lub sij hawm lav kev ua haujlwm ruaj khov.
Kev tswj xyuas zoo rau cov neeg ua npuas ncauj feem ntau suav nrog kev tshuaj xyuas cov khoom siv raw, kev saib xyuas cov txheej txheem tsim khoom, thiab kev sim cov khoom tiav. Kev tshuaj xyuas cov khoom nyoos tsom rau qhov tsis xws li surfactant purity, noo noo cov ntsiab lus hauv cov hmoov qhuav, thiab qhov ceev thiab pH ntawm cov kua formulations. Thaum lub sij hawm tsim cov txheej txheem, kev tswj nruj nruj yog tswj hwm qhov kub thiab txias, nplawm nrawm, siab, thiab ntim ib puag ncig los tiv thaiv kev ua haujlwm tsis zoo lossis kev sib kis. Kev soj ntsuam cov khoom tiav ntsuas cov peev txheej foaming, ua npuas ncauj ruaj khov, ntom ntom, viscosity, microbial cov ntsiab lus, thiab qib hlau hnyav, yog li xyuas kom txhua pawg ntawm cov khoom ua tau raws li cov qauv tsim rau kev ua haujlwm thiab kev nyab xeeb.
Hauv kev siv tswv yim, foaming agents npaj rau kev siv sib txawv ua raws li cov qauv kev lag luam sib txawv; Piv txwv li, zaub mov-qib foaming agents ua raws li cov qauv khoom noj khoom haus, thaum muaj-qib lossis tshuaj pleev ib ce-qib cov neeg ua haujlwm ua raws li lawv cov khoom lag luam- cov qauv tshwj xeeb. Cov neeg tsim khoom feem ntau tsim kom muaj kev tswj hwm kev tswj hwm zoo kom tsis tu ncua saib xyuas thiab kho cov txheej txheem tsim khoom, tshuaj xyuas cov txheej txheem, thiab khaws cia thiab thauj mus los. Los ntawm kev nruj nruj ntawm cov qauv thiab kev tswj xyuas zoo, cov tuam txhab lag luam tsis tsuas yog lav qhov ruaj khov thiab kev nyab xeeb ntawm lawv cov neeg ua npuas ncauj tab sis kuj txhim kho cov khoom lag luam kev ntseeg siab thiab kev sib tw hauv kev lag luam.
